The First-time Home Buyers in Toronto of new and resale homes are eligible to receive a rebate up to a maximum of $4,475.
- The buyer must be at least 18 years of age.
- The buyer must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada.
- The buyer cannot have owned a home anywhere in the world.
- The buyer's spouse cannot have owned a home or interest in a home, anywhere in the world while he or she was your spouse.
