The SN Law Story
Subramanyam Narasimhan, known as "Subu," is the driving force behind SN Law Professional Corporation. Subu has served as in-house counsel and general counsel for variety of companies in the oil and gas, consumer, and government sectors across North America, Asia and Africa. Serving in this capacity, he gained expertise in many of law including Corporate, Commercial Law and Civil Litigation.
After over thirty years of practical legal experience, Subu noticed many Canadian individuals and businesses lacked reliable legal representation to make sound decisions for themselves and their businesses. He noticed lack of access to efficient and cost-effective legal services, and he realized the need to bring quality, reliable legal services at reasonable prices to individuals and businesses in Ontario. With that objective in mind, Subu founded SN Law Professional Corporation in 2014.
After nearly a decade, and serving thousands of clients, SN Law Professional Corporation has grown from a mission to a movement. We proudly provide quality legal service at reasonable prices addressing the needs of Canadians and Canadian-owned businesses from all walks of life.
During his tenure, he managed a wide range of legal matters, including franchise licensing, management, leasing, and company acquisitions. This experience has ingrained in him a keen awareness of the importance of delivering cost-effective legal services, ensuring that clients receive exceptional value in their legal partnerships.
